Heather J. Santana, a SUNY Stonybrook graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, was the first employee hired at AMA Investment Advisors, a precursor to Integrated Wealth Management, in 1991. After serving as Director of Client Services at Integrated Wealth Management, Heather was promoted in 2008 to the newly-created position of Director of Operations. She is a certified Paralegal and a certified Paraplanner™, has both Assistant Representative-Order Processing (Series 11) and Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63) licenses and is also a Notary Public.

As Director of Operations, Heather is responsible for compliance, account reconciliations, 401(k) loans and withdrawals, life insurance and annuities processing, proxy management, accounts receivables processing and employee benefits, and maintains the firm’s financial programs.
